What is Alignment in Microsoft Word? How to change the text alignment?


Alignment:

To change the alignment of the paragraph, you can select Left / Centered / Right / Justify.



Know the icon:


 - Left Align

 - Center Align

 - Right Align

  - Justify Align



    Example:  
Left Alignment
If you choose Left Alignment, then the text of the applied paragraph will lined up along the left margin.
Center Alignment
If you choose Center Alignment, then the text of the applied paragraph will aligned around a midpoint.
Right Alignment
If you choose Right Alignment, then the text of the applied paragraph will lined up along the right margin.
Justify Alignment
If you choose Justify Alignment, then the text of the applied paragraph will lined up along both margins.
